fd333 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players
These Terms & Conditions govern all use of fd333.pro. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the platform.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and fd333 ("fd333", "We", "Us", "The Platform") governing your access to and use of fd333.pro and all services, games, and features available through it. Eligibility
Clause 1.1
Minimum Age
Access to fd333 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. fd333 conducts age verification at registration using National ID documents. Any account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. fd333 has zero tolerance for underage gambling.
Clause 1.2
Geographic Eligibility
fd333 offers its services primarily to players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. fd333 reserves the right to restrict or close access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice. Players found to be accessing the platform via VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals forfeited.
Clause 1.3
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at fd333. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances, winnings, or bonus credits held across duplicate accounts will be voided. Account Registration & Verification
Clause 2.1
Registration Requirements
To register an account at fd333, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and a valid National ID number. You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
Clause 2.2
KYC Verification
fd333 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. KYC is initiated at registration and must be completed before a player's first withdrawal request is processed. fd333 may request supplementary documentation at any stage, including a copy of a National ID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie with the ID document. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
Clause 2.3
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd333 login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. fd333 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at fd333 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fd333 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. fd333 does not store your mobile wallet credentials or banking passwords on its servers at any time.
Clause 3.1
Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit at fd333 is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. For bank transfers, the minimum deposit is ৳1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. fd333 accepts deposits for gaming purposes only and reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after 6:00 PM BST will be processed the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to the account being fully verified. fd333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Clause 3.3
Anti-Money Laundering
fd333 is committed to the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. fd333 reserves the right to investigate any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with a player's normal activity profile. fd333 may suspend withdrawals, request additional KYC documentation, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice if AML concerns are identified. Players agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigation conducted by fd333.
Bonuses & Promotions
Clause 4.1
General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by fd333 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. fd333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if the platform determines it is being abused or exploited.

Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses at fd333 carry a standard wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the combined value of the bonus amount and, for match bonuses, the qualifying deposit amount. Bonus Abuse
fd333 monitors all bonus activity. If fd333 reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to exploit bonus funds — fd333 reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings, suspend the account, and permanently exclude the player from future promotions. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at fd333's sole discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fd333 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:
- Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform or complete wagering requirements.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or gameplay.
- Using funds of illegal origin for deposits, or any conduct constituting money laundering or financing of criminal activity.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including at live dealer tables.
- Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or through VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
fd333 reserves the right to make the final determination in all cases of suspected prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above will have all associated winnings and bonus credits voided without further notice. Repeated or serious violations may be escalated to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Amendments & Governing Law

Your continued use of fd333 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and fd333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, statements, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
